At Bobo's House, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
